We don't begin the actual metalwork until we agree on what will be the finished design. Very often we will communicate across the country using faxes and e-mailed images. Many jewelers want you to take a leap of faith that the finished product will meet your expectations. We begin with your expectations and finish with your absolute satisfaction.
